Sharpen and repair your kitchen knives
The Diamond Wheel Coarse DWC-200 can be mounted as an option on the Tormek T-2 Professional Kitchen Knife Sharpener. This diamond wheel allows you to sharpen the blade of steel, carbide and ceramic knives.
With its 360 grain size, it removes excess material with great efficiency. It also has a diamond coating on its outer side. It is particularly useful for repairing a damaged knife from which a lot of material must be removed.
Teamwork
The diamond wheel produces a coarse finish. Once you have finished removing material, we recommend switching to the DWF-200 Diamond Wheel Fine or DWE-200 Diamond Wheel Extra Fine for a smoother bevel. After sharpening, remove the morfil and polish the new bevel on the PW-160 tapered composite honing wheel.
